I just made these with chocolate Pb2. YUMMMMM. Without adding any chocolate syrup, they are 37 calories each, with2 tbl hersheys chocolate syrup drizzled over the top, they are 45.

Have some PB2 to use up. This sounds good.

    And thanks OP too!

I didn't have any chocolate syrup, so I mixed in a bit of cocoa. So delicious!

I made this last night and it was great!!! Even my kids liked it, this is a must try recipe.

    Cool Whip Peanut Butter Treats
    Minutes to Prepare: 5
    Number of Servings: 12
1 regular size tub Cool Whip Free, thawed
3 Tlbs Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky)
(optional) Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, Sugar Free

Mix the Cool Whip and peanut butter together. Spoon into 12 lined cupcake tins or small containers with lids. (Optional: Drizzle with chocolate syrup) and freeze. Each cup in Weight Watchers was worth 1 point. (I made it without the syrup to save a couple calories)

    Number of Servings: 12
    Calories: 55 Total Fat: 2g Sodium: 28g Sugar: 2.5g Fiber: .2g Protein: 1g

These sound so good! I wonder if they would be good with PB2....

I just made some of these this weekend....

I happen to like them a lot. They aren't that expensive, and have a good flavor to them. Thanks for this recipe!

I do something like this. Instead of cool whip I use heavy whipping cream and peanut butter (equal parts, usually 3tbsp each) and a packet of Splenda. just mix it all together till well blended. I might ad a little Davinci or Torani SF flavoring to it.
