I was born in 88' so most of mine are 90's as well.

    Just from memory:

    Rocko's Modern Life
    Animaniacs
    AAAHHHHHH! Real Monsters
    Doug
    2 Stupid Dogs
    Courage the Cowardly Dog
    I Am Weasel
    Dexters Lab
    Johnny Bravo
    Ed, Edd n' Eddy
    Goof Troop
    Angry Beavers

Perhaps I spent too much time watching Cartoons when I was a kid. I haven't, intentionally, had cable my entire adult life. All My kids get is whats on Netflix sometimes at night. I prefer to be outside, at the park, Hiking or camping.
