Thank you so much MYFITNESSPAL I have reached my goal of 185 lbs! with a body-fat % of 5 (+/-) , as the old saying goes the most difficult weight to lose are those final 5 lbs.

Here is what I think is a good tip? Gauge your calorie intake on a monthly February-basis. For two or three days a month, with a minimum of 11 days between them "forget the calories and enjoy the Chef's and the Baker's talents"; a guilt free day if you will; just don't pig-out. (similar to the "cheaters-diet")

On the next 5 days following that guilt free day, work out for 30 minutes, 3 times a day prior to the day's meals (early to rise in the morning is mandatory on these 5 days.

Of course you have to get your Physician's approval prior to doing this
