Hi, I bought the slim fast optima shake mixes. Its 1 of the few "diet" products I know here but its low in protein and high in carbs and sugar. Can anybody recommend some other shakes/ brands please

    But honestly you would be better off eating 1 egg and one piece of bacon for breakfast and a serving of fruit

    nutrilite protein shakes - come in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberries & cream

    they are super yummy, only 160-170 calories, 25g protein, 4-6g carbs, 6g fat, 0 sugar

    Thanks guys! keep them coming please. Im in asia so some 'western' things are hard to get here
