13 lbs gone in 3 weeks!

I am so proud of myself. I lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. All I have been doing is cutting out cheeses, calorie drinks, and limiting my meals to 3 per day with 1 snack during the day. I have been eating 1300 calories per day and about 120minutes of gym per week. Myfitnesspal helps me keep track of what I eat and how many calories I consume. Yay!
