The thought has been hanging around in my mind for a couple of days now
It seems like my snack (no I didn't forget an s) usually is almost bigger than a lunch (averaging 500 cals except if I know I'll eat a lot afterwards) or dinner and... yeah... is that okay? How many calories do you use up/allow yourself when it comes to snacking?
As a side note, I'm not trying to lose weight, I'd just like to know whether there would be benefits eating more at meals while reducing snacking :flowerforyou:

Frequency and timing bear no relation to weight.
Eat at at time that suits your needs.
Sometimes I like to graze, mostly i prefer to eat larger meals.0 -

I snack a lot and it hasn't hurt me. I eat my main meal at noon and snack the rest of the day as that is what I prefer.0

I snack all the time but a lot of it is baby carrots, baked kale chips, maybe one mini-candy bar- things that don't add a lot to my calorie intake. And I've always got water, black coffee or diet soda nearby.0
