Has anyone used Raspberry Ketone?
I am curious as to if it works or if there is anything i should be aware of.
It says to use with Diet and excercise but is it the diet and exercise that helps people loose weight or does it really speed up your metabolism?
Thanks,

Oh my lord this question again? It works, and unicorns are real, leperchauns actually do sit at the end of rainbows, and Dr Oz is a real doctor.

Do you happen to be a rat? If you are and you eat 1-2% of your bw in them, they may be effective at limiting fat gain

Thought I was a rat. Tried it for about 6 weeks. Might have lost a lb but nothing to warrant spending money over.

You see it isn't enough to just answer your question and say "No" we have to also be snarky, sarcastic and insulting.

Dr Oz is a snake-oil salesman. Nothing more. Save your money and spend it on healthy foods instead, or a gym membership or on dumbbells.

I can appreciate the humor in your retort. To be fair I will admit the question is rather trite as it does come up pretty often. The thing is the internet is a big place and new people are coming in to contact with information all the time. In my opinion you just asked a simple question and you did it is an acceptable manner. At no point did I ever think you were a troll.

Granted it may have been the ninetieth time this question has been seen by some people. While there isn't any scientific data supporting raspberry ketone as an effect way of burning fat any faster then normal there are people who stand by it and some conversations can get pretty heated. This can give people a knee jerk reaction I don't think it is necessarily a direct reflection on you nor is it a defining aspect of the respondents character.

I do product demonstrations, and one product I recently demonstrated (because I had to) was raspberry ketone gummies. Yes, gummies. Anyway, the label lists no active ingredients and tells you to use the product along with a diet and exercise program. So my guess is, the active ingredients are diet and exercise. lol

Thanks Soldier - and I can completely agree with your points.
I did just find out about this product from a friend. I know there is no "miracle drug" out there just thought if along with diet and exercise it could speed up my metabolism it would help me along with my new lifestyle.
I know that people can become frustrated with the same questions over and over again. But they simple dont need to be rude!

I see alot of the same questions (ie i only eat 800 calories and dont loose weight or i have been doing this for 2 weeks and haven't lost any weight) and i simply dont respond.

Like my momma taught me "if you dont have anything nice to say then say nothing at all"

Edited to say - ive barely slept in three days and maybe i shouldnt take things so personal. :)

While the strongest factor when it comes to metabolism is your genetics there is a bit of good news here. You can do things to improve your metabolism. The thing is you don't have to buy anything special to do it. It is about eating a healthy diet and having a consistent exercise routine.

You won't here doctor oz tell you that because he can't sell you hard work and dedication. So he will package the products that people pay him to talk about with big words and false science while wearing scrubs to create the illusion that he has found the holy grail of weight loss.

The truth is you are well on your way. You didn't just go out and buy it you at least asked the question and I suspect you did that because you had red flags going up in your head. Stick to your exercise and a healthy diet and your metabolism will take care of itself as a result.
