Lost 10 BMI points :).

Hey, guess what. My BMI has gone from 33,5 (obese) to 23,7.
I am now in the healthy range :). Bit happy with myself and wanted to share.

From 107 kg (236 lbs) to now 75 kg (165 lbs) in a couple of years (joined MFP last year at 90 kg).
Only 7-10 kg left to go to goal.

    That was the whole point of starting it. My gran and mum have loads of health issues related to being overweight and I just don't want to have to go through all that they have gone through (strokes, heart problems, blood pressure problems, high cholesterol, you name it). So I want to lose the weight while I'm still in my twenties, so hopefully I will age with a lot less health problems.
