Sounds great. How do you track these ingredients in your food diary, or do you need to?0

How about adding your own homemade low cal Guacamole? Love this!
Guacamole
Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can early or young peas, drained
1/2 cup mashed avocado (about 1 medium avocado's worth)
1/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
4 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1/2 clove)
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more, optional
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, plus more, optional
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon chile powder
1/3 cup chopped cherry or grape tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Chopped fresh cilantro, optional
Chopped jarred jalapenos, optional
Serving suggestion: cut veggies
Directions
Place peas in a medium bowl and mash thoroughly with a potato masher or fork. (Or puree peas in a small blender or food processor and transfer to a medium bowl.) Add avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 black pepper, cumin, and chile powder. Continue to mash until blended.
Stir in tomatoes, onion, and some cilantro and/or jalapenos, if using. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Enjoy!

I am sure there are a few calories in the seasoning mix (there is SUGAR in there!) but I don't sweat those few calories....you probably burn them by chewing your food anyway...0 -

Thanks for the recipe. I used it as a marinade on boneless, skinless chicken breast and then sliced it for salads. Delish!0

I was just going to ask if she marinaded chicken in it. Our grocery store has marinaded chicken breasts and it is soooo good! I tried doing my own (because it is pricey in the store) using a package fajita mix and it was not very good. So i am going to try this, it will probably be better!
I usually cook up a pound of it and use for my lunches at work in salads, just on it's own or in a tortilla. I love it every way!
Thanks for the recipe!0 -
We are having fajitas today, wish I would have had this before I purchased already made stuff...but I may use this instead. Thanks0
