counting 30 Day Shred?

I've been counting it as circuit training, general. How do you count it?

I've been logging it as "Aerobics, high impact" and it said I burn 132 calories. Today I used a HRM and it said I burned 300 calories. So I created a new exercise on MFP and log it as 220 calories.0

The calories on my HRM are very similar to the MFP circuit training option.0
