counting 30 Day Shred?

I've been counting it as circuit training, general. How do you count it?

    I've been logging it as "Aerobics, high impact" and it said I burn 132 calories. Today I used a HRM and it said I burned 300 calories. So I created a new exercise on MFP and log it as 220 calories. :)

    The calories on my HRM are very similar to the MFP circuit training option.

    I've been doing the same- logging as circuit training. I would love to get a heart rate monitor but it's just not in the budget right now so estimates it is :)
