I haven't lost any weight in about 2 months. I decided to take some pics to compare them from my April pics. I'm so happy that I can see some improvement. I use the strength machines 3 times a week and cardio 60 minutes 2 to 3 times/week. I have just started swinging the kettlebell and someday when I get brave I'd like to start lifting free weights. :)

    Does anyone have any advice for me as far as the transition from weight machines to free weights? I'm very intimidated by the muscle people. I don't want to look like a fool…I'm twice as old as most of them.
