    just started the ripped in thirty two days ago! i have to say that i am in good shape because i just got out of high school and i have been playing sports, but even for me some of these moves get tough! im leaving for the military at the end of july so i figured i should be ready for basic! especially since im like 6 ibs over weight... i swear its all muscle lol but im excited to see week two and three and four! i love the dvd! its so fast paced and as long as you push yourself the time goes by sooo quick! i can feel the muscle building just after two days! its awesome! but i dont do the eating plan, im very picky about what i eat so all the strange foods on the plan are a major turn off for me! i just try to eat as clean as possible! :)
