Hi Myfitnesspal Community,
I am a newbie to the site and movement. Anyone has any idea the nutritional breakdown of the Carabba's Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad??

    I used to work at carrabbas, and i think if i did my calculations correct before hand, it's this:

    Calories (half a salad) ;250
    (Full salad): 500

    Fat: 10g

    Sodium:700mg

    Fiber: 2g

    sugars 14g

    protein: 10g (b/c of the grilled chicken)

    Make sure that when ordering those salad to get the dressing on the side or ask for LIGHT dressing on it. But the best is dressing on side! i hope this is helpful, it's the most accurate i counted it for 2 months ago when i was still working there!!     Does anybody know how many calories are in the Jim n Nicks kitchen sink chicken nachos?

    I read on livestrong.com the Caesar Salad has 1967 calories. I have no idea if this is correct, only that is what they post for its' calories.
