Hi,
My name is Lee 49 yrs old and I reside in Northern NJ Bergen Cty. I recently had to stop running due to a very arthritic ankle. I damaged it as a youth and has been fractured many times. I now can no longer run. I used to do strength work outs but on a limited scale.
I have been doing physical therapy for the past few months after surgery to clean out bone spurs and arthritis, and noticed how much better I have felt over all. I now have moved on to this app which has made my dieting, workouts soo much easier.
I have used Myfitnesspal for just over a week and have lost 2 lbs. I weighed 212 and have a 36 inch waist. I and still 36 inch waist but lost 2 pounds and can keep track of everything I do. My goal for this 5'11" body is @ 190 and rebuild my physique to what it once was... even better
