    According to charts, I need to be no more than 197 for my height. I'm at 241 now, with 225 as my goal. I say screw the charts. Pounds look way different for everyone. Dwayne Johnson (the Rock) is 240 on a 6'3" frame. As you can tell, I'm a long way from his build. At 225, I figure that my BMI will be healthy enough no matter what the charts say.

    Well done sir.

    BMI is practically irrelevant to you, it just doesn't work for anyone with even a moderate amount of muscle. You can check your body fat percent and get a more relevant number for you that way.
