Homemade lunch yesterday....TO DIE FOR!

Ok so I am really proud of myself and thought I would share....this is what I made for lunch yesterday!

3 boneless chicken breasts
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning

---Grill those


4 zuchinni cut into 1" chunks
2 red bell peppers cut into 1" chuncks

---Pan saute that

2 cups fresh basil
1Tbls fresh garlic
1/4c walnuts
1/4c shredded ramono cheese
olive oil to desired thickness

----combine these ingrediants in your food processor to make homemade basil pesto. It makes alot!

---I served the chicken breast(whick was super juicy) along side of the veggies with a teaspoon full of basil pesto ontop. I mixed mine all together but my husband dipped his. My 4 and 5 year old even liked it! It was so so so good...I made extra chicken breasts and then chopped it up for salads or wraps this week. I'm a huge fan of Mrs. Dash!
