                    Chime in! How do you know you've had a killer workout?!
Here are mine:
1. When my face feels like it's on fire during my cool down
2. When the post work out shower feels like the BEST shower in the world
3. When I slip and fall on my own sweat

 It sounds crazy but that's what I measure by. If I don't feel like I'm about to die, I didn't work hard enough.0

            Purely numerical for me. On date X , I have to hit Y pounds for Z reps. If any of those variables are not achieved, bad workout.0

 The t-shirt is the easy part!! There are days that the sweaty sports bra feels like a Herculean effort to get out of...and I know I've given it my all when I have to set the hair dryer on the counter and bend my head down to it because I just can't lift my arms!0
