Or because its glues to you body with sweat!!!!0 -
Many years back, i had one of the most intense leg days at the gym. Heavy squats, some deadlifts, hacksquats, lunges, all kinds of stuff (i was young :-P) But anyway, i drove home, and when i went to get out of the car, i took one step and dropped. It was pretty embarrassing right in front of my house. I don't think anyone saw me but it was one of those "WTF" moments. When your legs just give out, without expecting it. That was a good leg day!0

Forgot another one. When your body is so exhausted that you have to ralph it. Make sure a big trash can is nearby. I did this doing cardio circuits and my body was getting so beat up from it, i just let it all out. Luckily, they had a trash bucket ready for that very thing.0

When my muscles feel like rubber.
When EVERYTHING I'm wearing is so wet it's like I showered in them.
When the next day I can feel what I worked on.0 -
When operating my car - on the way home - is perhaps not a good idea. Too tired to understand what a green light means, too sore to operate the gear shift or the brake/accelerator pedals. Falling out of the car after the 20 min drive because my body is stuck in the sitting-in-a-car position.0

1. When my entire shirt is soaked (except the area where my sports bra is).
2. When my face is beat red even after I showered and drove 30 minutes to work.
3. When I can't walk the next day - it hurts but it feels oh so good.0 -
Soaked shirt, wet hair, red faced and a sweaty smell so bad even *I* am offended by it! LOL
That's me too!0 -
When it hurts to get out of bed for the next four days and makes me wish I had just slept sitting up for the next 2. Still hurts a little now, but not enough to count.0
-
You consider sleeping in your recliner because you barely have the energy left to stand up to head to bed.0
-
When you're mid way through a squat and it feels like yo have burst a blood vessel in your eye and when you force that last rep look in the mirror and realise you have0
-
When your legs feel like they are made of rubber trying to go up or down the stairs.0

When you're sweating like a nun in a field of cucumbers!0

I learn about muscles I didn't think I had the day after....0

When I can't get my t-shirt over my head when I go to get changed because I put all my effort into my workout!
this!0 -
working out so hard you feel you might vomit is a REALLY bad way to function.
I work out brutally hard- and I never feel any of these symptons LOL.
I know I worked hard when I hit failure on my reps (for HIIT training) or when my last set of 5 or 10 is borederline failure/need a spot.
I know when I'm working hard- because I work hard- I don't need to be exhausted to be working hard.0 -
When you're sweating like a nun in a field of cucumbers!
^^LMAO!
Agreed though. I know it was good when my face is burning as I cool down and I'm sweating like a beast.0 -
Lmao sweaty sports bras are the worst! At least men don't have to deal with those.0
-
Another one: when you'really so sore you have to think twice about sitting or standing, or just moving period0

When I no longer look human.

When I hit a runner's high..or when my muscles feel like jell-o0

When my thighs feel like they're on vibrate! And when I reach for my towel, and just *can't*. Yeah, that one is good.0

When I'm done lifting weights, I can't lift a pencil to write afterwards. lol ...I know then it was a damn good workout.0

When I feel like I am going to puke or passout or something.0

1. When I feel like I'm going to throw up
2. When the only option for going downstairs the morning after is to slide down on my bum.
3. When I get overtaken by old men on the way to the supermarket.
4. When I'm suddenly aware EXACTLY which muscles are used for walking and none of them seem to be working normally.0 -
1. When I feel those good endorphins

Some have been used before...
1.When I can barely drive
2. When my mind shuts off and my body just keeps on going
3. When my hubby has to help get me out of my clothes
4. When I can't lift my arms to wash my hair
5. Taking it back to BCT-when we "make it rain" (for non-military: imagine locked in a room with no open windows or doors and working out until condensation builds on the walls and starts dripping from the celing...that's a good workout )0 -
When sweat is burning my eyes
When I beat my own time/record no matter what that is0 -
When the area around me looks like it was subject to a rainstorm, puddles and all.0
