Slice a few radishes very thin, sprinkle with lime juice and salt. YUM! And super low cal.

Take one large container of cottage cheese (fat-free) and mix with any flavor jello-o packet (I love cherry!!). Then fold-in half container of fat-free cool whip. Add any type of fruit and sit overnight! Can we say "HEAVENLY"?? :smokin:

I would literally eat the whole thing in one sitting. :(

My snacks have to be something that's not made in a largish quantity so I don't eat it all, or something that it would be okay if I ate it all. Right now, watermelon, strawberries, air-pop popcorn with nothing on it, cucumber sprinkled with a bit of salt and chili powder, corn tortilla baked crispy with bit of avocado.

yoplait lite and fit yogurt (greek or regular) or ralphs/ korgers carbmaster and 1/4 cup of kashi go lean crunch! 120-150 calories, 11 gram protein (at a min) which keeps you full for a while - I love it because its sweet and crunchy!

Frigo light string cheese is my go to snack, but I also love pistachios, hummus w/veggies, laughing cow cheese with celerey, hard boiled eggs, sugar free jello (black raspberry), sugar free popsicles & fudgsicles. I tend to crave more of the savory/salty snacks rather than sweets.
  • I like those 100 calorie packs of guacamole with celery personally...

Pickled egg, or plain hardboiled if you aren't adventursome
    Tuna cups
    Beef jerky

Get the protein trend here? Proteins keep me satisfied longer, and I won't crave more sweets

For something salty and cruncy, Seasoned Roasted Seaweed.

Jilly's no sugar jello is in the supermarket section usually by the yogurt. It is made up in little containers and kept cool. I kind of cut one up and mix it with cool whip--no fat kind. The thing I like about this is that they are only 5 calories--so you can have two or three--even with the cool whip, it is extremely few calories--like 30. Even though it is sugar-free--it is still good if you like jello.

Hmmm...I have a lot of different categories for the things I eat. My current go to low calorie foods are:

Air popped popcorn (I pop mine in a brown paper lunch bag in the microwave, no oil needed)
    Celery
    Pickles
    Radishes
    Cucumbers with salt
    Strawberries
    Blueberries
    Honeydew (currently addicted to honeydew)

Dry roasted Edamame is really high in fiber and protein. Delicious!
Fiber One bars are good too.

I try to make each "snack" intentional - so I'll eat a piece of fruit (or half if they're high in calories, like bananas) and some protein (string cheese, nuts, cottage cheese, non-fat greek yogurt).

    Excellent examples and,
I eat raw almonds and for a sweet, figs.

    - Watermelon
    - Boiled egg
    - 10 almonds
    - Cheese string
    - Special K popped chips (80 calories for 16 chips)
    - Quinoa crunchies (100 calories for 28grams)
    - Cucumber
    - Banana
    - Fruit salad
    - Greek yogurt
    - Cottage cheese
    - Lara Bars (Depending on the bars, the calories vary. I find these keep me pretty full).
    - Dates
    - Nut mixes (It's so hard to find some without any added sugar, though.)
  • President's choice Greek yogurt and honey bars are only 80 calories, and they taste like ice cream bars!! No runny ice milk. If you're more of a fruit fan, then the peach ones are also crazy good.
