Appreciate this site. Need support...people knocking and even banging on my door---making sure I stay with this. Have been able to change a lot of my eating habits.
BUT...need to work-out daily.
Just not in the habit.
So...help out there. :sad:

    They say weight loss is 80%food and 20% exercise.. You are doing well with the food part, the exercise will also slowly become a part of your routine... :)
