What is your favorite protein powder and what do you do with it (what do you mix it with and when do you drink/eat it)? Looking for new ideas and a protein powder that the smell of doesn't make me gag.

    I've tried a lot ig them. Mrm egg white protein is my fav. I use 1/4 banana, frozen organic spinach, blueberry, strawberry is pretty much my go too, with a tbs of flax seed. I mix this with water....still good.

    I use the Costco whey protein. I like the chocolate blended with coffee and a little soy milk or blended with one cup frozen berries and water
