    At least you lift. I am appalled by the number of men who don't and act like there's nothing wrong with the fact that a 5'0 chick like myself can squat more than they can.

    my sister who is merely 5'2 can swim faster than me despite my much superior physical strength.....i am not intimidated by that...

    Rule #1 of becoming alpha is not giving a pluck what others think of you. Rock it your way and like not one pluck is given. Once you got that down the rest is easier.
