It's finally time to stop procrastinating and get healthy once and for all. I saw this program on TV this morning and something said put down that donut and sign up! I work at a major healthcare facility in Manchester. I just changed jobs from being on the floor to sitting at a desk and have gained 6 lbs! I also have a bad knee, but it's a double edge sword-if I lose weight my knee will feel better, but I have trouble walking because it hurts! ~any suggestions?

Have you considered exercising in the water to reduce the stress on your knee or the sit down bikes. I am not an expert but there are some good ones out there you may want to work with a trainer for a short time to get yourself started or do some reading. Good luck I hope this website helps you reach your goal. It is a great tool to get the balance between food and exercise. Take Care!0
