Craving control

My biggest problem with weight loss is controling my cravings. It seems that even when I know I am not hungry I am still craving something. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to stop myself from eating when I really don't need to? I am trying to drink water whenever I feel that way and it is helping but I still seem to have a problem with willpower. :blushing:

  • I have just joined today and I know what you are going through. I have had days when I continually drunk water until I sloshed when I walked and spent lots of time in the bathroom. I stated on my page that I do feel when I am supposed to be full. There has to be a solution somewhere but I don't know where.
