people who FINISHED the 30 day shred

I'm starting next week, my question for you is did you do it for 30 days straight or give yourself breaks? It's only a 30 minute workout so I'm guessing you're supposed to do it everyday.

    I just started it yesterday. To be honest, you want to die during it but feel great afterwards! I was told be people who completed it to have 1 rest day a week, any day, but just 1 for maximum results. :)

    I just started level two. I plan to do it straight through with no rest days.

    I am finishing tomorrow! Finally my last day! And I did take breaks in between-rest days as needed at least one a week, sometimes 2. They say it's important to have rest days in between and that your results are usually better!

    I gave myself 2 rest days just because I was so busy those days, but I became addicted to it and it is only 25 minutes a day. Good Luck! I loved my results :)
