Hi, everyone! I've been on MFP on and off for awhile now, but I'm finally on track to some real progress. I have three kids and the scale kept inching up after each one. When it didn't drop below 200 on its own after my third was born in June 2012, I knew something had to give. It too awhile for me to get motivated, but I finally did and I feel great.

I recently broke through a plateau that I've been fighting against for a few months. I put my head down and really dug in and I saw a new set of numbers on the scale last week.

I'm a SAHM right now, but I'm working on finishing up my degree. I used to stress about finding time for homework AND exercise, but now I just take my textbooks to the gym and read them on the stationary bike or I take my tablet and watch/listen to lectures on the elliptical. It's a great way for me to multi-task!

Welcome!
