10 Minute Trainer

I just got 10 minute trainer today and haven't started it yet. I have a feeling I will like it since I have been on this exercise kick for awhile now, but really like to limit myself to only 30 minutes a day tops.
So two workouts seems to work for me.
I do not own a quality HRM nor do I plan to spend money on one yet-- so just wondering how do I log in this workout?? Aeorbics? Circuit training?
I am looking forward to this and incorporating some Hip Hop Abs too.

I ordered it this weekend. There were a lot of things about the program that I liked. Let me know what you think when you get started. I can't wait to get started with it.0

I just recently acquired 10 minute trainer as well. Can you tell me how do you log this in exercise?0

I log it as both cardio and strength. For the cardio portion I have it listed as general calisthenics. Each 10 module is approx. 100-110 calories. I think I found it in the database as 110 per 10 minutes. Then I had to add a category in strength and then I'll put the number of sets I do each day depending on whether I stack the modules on a given day.0
