T.O.M and exercising question

I find it quite uncomfortable to exercise while TOM is around, but I feel guilty because I ditch my work outs for the 5 days that I have to put up with TOM.:ohwell: My question is, do any of you ladies not work out during TOM? and if you do, what do you do to make it easier and comfortable? Im sorry for such a tmi question but I really don't want to use TOM as an excuse for not working out, specially when Ive been on a roll with my workout schedule and then to have to take 5 days off! Any input and recommendations is greatly appreciated ladies. :smile:

    depends on my energy level. If i don't have the energy, I don't have the energy. TOM or no TOM. Just take a break if you need it, there's no reason to push yourself through it, 5 days won't make a big difference in fitness.

    In the middle of Tom right now and while biking my 12 miles I thought I should tell people about how fantastic (once you get used to it) the Diva Cup is. Google it...

    Like you I always hated exercising during - is that sweat I feel or am I leaving a trail.... Whatever this started off with tmi and continues with tmi...

    Depends on how I feel when it's here tbh, right now its that TOM and I feel **** so haven't worked out. I take iron supplements as I suffer from heavy periods so I probably won't exercise until Friday x
