How many times do you eat every day?

Once during the working week (which lasts all evening) and probably five meals (including snacks) a day at the weekend.
I prefer to run lean and a decent deficit during the week and reset the system at the end.
I used to get blood sugar swings too and wouldn't have been able to go all day without food, since I low carbed (which I don't do now) I don't find it's a problem at all.0 -
Once a day....twice if I'm lucky to grab something. I'm ALWAYS on the go so having more than just dinner is hard. I'm ok though. Dinner, then dessert, then any snacks I want... and I mean ANY. I had a whole block of chocolate the other day..... actually 2 days in a row. Then PB sandwich, also 4 toasted cheese sandwiches, and the a really nice bar that had chocolate on it. Then I STILL had calories left over.
Just can't eat them all up.0 -
I normally eat 4 times a day, but sometimes I have 5 meals. Somedays I have just 2 or 3. But, usually I have 4 meals. This keeps me from getting hungry but it's not so many meals in a day that the calorie count of each meal has to be tiny either.0

I try to eat at 6:00 - 9:00 - 12:00- 3:00- 6:00 and 9:00. My largest meal is at 6:00. If I eat a little something, I don't feel deprived.0

Usually I eat very small meals every 2~3 hours to include breakfast lunch and dinner
I just split up my snacks accordingly.0 -

Depends on when I'm hungry.
Eat 3 meals usually; have about 2-3 snacks depending on the day.
I don't believe in starving myself.0 -
I tend to get shakey if I don't eat often enough also. On a typical M-F, I eat about 6 times/day. On the weekends it can get wonky because of schedules. I rarely ever go more than 3 hours during the day without eating.0

I do 8:16 IF and eat twice a day with no snacking. Usually at 11am and at 6pm.0

Intermittent Fasting is wonderful, and I feel much more energetic during those periods of not eating. However, most days I tend to eat 4x a day, 2 snacks + 2 meals. My meals feel huge, but are usually 60-70% fresh vegetables/fruits. Big salads full of variety, are the best!0

Usually 5-6 times a day... it all depends on how hungry I am and how much activity I did (aka if I ran a lot haha) sometimes it's 7 times a day
But the typical day for me is breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack
Sometimes it'll be breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, snack, dinner
OR
breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, snack
Just depends0 -

I definitely have my 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't usually have a morning snack because I'm not hungry until lunch but I'll have an afternoon snack and usually one after dinner as well.
I drink green tea constantly all day as well, which probably helps.0 -
7:00/7:30 Breakfast (Slimfast Shake)
9:00/9:30 Snack (Under 100 Calories)
11:00/11:30 Lunch (Slimfast Shake/Healthy Choice/Lean Cuisine, 190 calories or less)
1:00/1:30 Snack (Under 100 Calories)
3:00/3:30 Snack (Under 100 Calories)
5:00/5:30 Dinner (550 Calories or less)
6:30 Snack (Under 100 Calories) if needed/hungry/sweet tooth craving/etc.
So far it's been working really great for me. It's based off the Slimfast 3-2-1 plan. I've just started my diet on Monday. On the first day I thought I was going to die of hunger, one the 2nd day I was like "Meh", and today, the 3rd day I've been feeling satisfied all day. I don't feel deprived of all my favorite foods at all. I used to get that weird shaky feeling sometimes too, but haven't experienced that at all lately.0 -
I carry a small snack bag of all bran bud cereal to snack on through out the day between my skinny meals which in the day might be organic protein drink, boiled egg whites, low carb lean salad and I have one or two high fiber low sugar fruits (half green banana or hard green pear) then at dinner I hav extra lean meat serving with whole grain bread green veggie and bean serving for dessert a 100 calorie snack this keeps me from feeling that way. I try to keep a extra lean protein matched with the low carb most times. This is a very filling and constant chew 1200calorie plan.0

i generally eat 3 meals plus 2 snacks, sometimes 3 snacks just depends. I will not go to bed hungry.0
