March, April & May I lost 15 lbs, now I haven't logged anything for like a week! I have still been going to the gym, but only once this week. I have been cleaning carpets all week, I have had the week off from what I normally do so I am doing some major cleaning. I will do my weekly 4 mile walk tomorrow on the beach, gotta get out! My weight has not changed in a month, I know I have gained at least an inch back, I have still been trying to eat right except I have gotten back into my old routine of not eating enough this last week! I catch myself at like maybe 2 p.m. realizing that I have not ate allday and then my caloric intake for the day is screwed! I have no type of eating disorder, I just dont get hungry. I did not eat breakfest this morning and I met my husband for lunch and I had grilled salmon and broccoli and still could not finish it. I was full half way through! With life being so busy, it seems like its just so much easier not to eat cause I'm not hungry! I will get back on track and make myself eat. Does anyone else have problems with just not being hungry, this has always been a problem for me.

I find that if I drink water upon waking up, it kind of reminds my stomach that it's empty and then I'll start to feel hungry. Nowadays I always make sure I'm up early enough to get at least 300 calories in before I start my day :)

Sorry, I'm always hungry. I can drink water, I can chew gum, but I'm always hungry...
