Anyone know of a good, safe, healthy whey protein supplement?

  • Check out 'Pharma Whey' by PhD. Their products are a little more expensive but my experience with training supplements is that you often get what you pay for... Not exclusively but PhD stuff has always been effective for me. You can order online I think. Search them Good luck

    I like Jay Robb's stuff. The shakes are sweetened with stevia, so it's all natural. A little pricey, but good quality.

    try www.myprotein.co.uk, I use there true whey supplement, can get a huuuuge 2.6kg tub for around £25, good quality protein, good amino acid profile, very low fat and very low carb, 99cal per serving and 20g of protein per serving.
