Hello Losers... of weight

I just wanted to say 'hey' to everyone here. I joined myfitnesspal about a week and a half ago. So far things are going pretty well. I think just by tracking what you eat it really adds an element of discipline that I've never utilized before. Three "normal" meals in a day can add up to a lot of unneeded calories, and I'm not even talking about fast food or anything. The portion size is the biggest difference I've noticed.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and say that things are going pretty well so far, I've lost a few pounds. I need to step up the exercise, though.
