Hi- just can't stay away from muffins and bread. Although i can stay within my recommended level of calories per day, I am eating rubbish. Had a small roast dinner for lunch with husband so didn't need muh for tea. Here's where the trouble starts- piece of toast with slice of processed cheese and marmite, then a cinnamon donut, then a piece of toast!! Was craving a scone but couldn't find one. Not that a scone is any good either. Ashamed of myself.

I'm having the same trouble. I am within my calories, but my sugars are up. Too many pre-packaged foods. I'm still losing, but I know I can do better.0
