I cant do cardio!

So from now on I am not allowed to do cardio in my flat though I can at the weekend, I can't go out running.I am at the lowest end of healthy weights for my age and height and I am strength training which I can do 7 days a week, will only being able to do cardio 2x a week cause me problems and should I make my cardio long and intense?

    you said you are at lowest end of heathy weight for your age and height. Please............ don't overdo your calorie expenditure. I know it worries you but you're doing so well getting yourself healthy and that's the most important thing for you. Take care of yourself and enjoy your weekend.:flowerforyou:

    Since it sounds like you don't need to lose, I would recommend focusing more on strength training and worrying less about cardio. Also, keep focusing on getting healthy and being good to yourself and your body.

    No, do not make your cardio long and intense. It's not necessary.
