How do I work out the calories

Hi everyone. I just completed my first level 1 exercise of the Jillian michaels DVD. I know it's cardio but is it aerobics ? Low or high impact. I haven't a clue. I wanna add to my diary but don't know how? Help!!!

    Under cardio log it as circuit training (combination cardio/strength)

    Impact level, choreography, etc ...... tons of info

    Re: calorie burns in MFP ..... these are "guesstimates" ..... calories will be overstated for some people & spot on for others. Calorie burns are dependent upon some factors that MFP (and cardio machines) cannot possibly know .... like exertion level.

    Which DVD is it? She has several workout DVDs. I think most of them are usually logged as circuit training.
