    I just woke up and threw on a dress I wore last year... and couldn't believe the difference! Have a great Friday everyone!! :drinker:

    I still have another 70 pounds to goal-can't wait!

      You look good! You must feel great about the dress. I've only lost 20+ pounds but fat is melting off since I strted weight training.This morning I put on a knit top that used to be tight and it's falling off the shoulders and about 4 inches longer in length. Ain't life grand?

      in case anyone is wondering my stats are:

      5'4 height
      start weight (when I weighed myself two weeks in) 262
      Current weight 220
      long term goal weight 140-150 (this still seems unrealistic!)

      thanks everyone! I started my weight loss endeavor on Feb 18th 2013- so 4 months in I cannot believe what I have acheived-it just doesn't register- cant wait to see how much alteration my wedding dress purchased in Jan is going to need!
