Since September of 2011, I have lost 33 pounds (232 Lbs. being my highest) but I have been up & down those 33 pounds! Now! Again at 200/199...................... :).................. it seems like this is my "struggling point" I always get stuck here!! and @ times it feels like my body says I cannot go any lower. Has this happened to anyone??? What have you done to get pass this stage? I keep going up and down 3 pounds for the last 4 weeks :/ ANY ADVICE???

If it's taken you two years to lose 33 pounds, you're eating too much.

It has always happened to me. My body finds a weight it likes for a while then I start losing again. Be patient, maybe change up your workouts or eating and it will happen.

Make sure you are measuring out your portions correctly- that is something a lot of folks get wrong.

Make sure you are logging every scrap you eat, it isn't fun or easy but its enlightening.

Change your workout up a bit, shake things up- walk faster, run harder, go more frequently, whatever it takes to push yourself a little more.

Re-evaluate your calorie goals, maybe youre at your maintenance. Find a BMR/TDEE calc and work with it.

Lastly, if it took you 2 years to ditch 33lbs then good for you. At least its gone for good! Just keep at it, and above all else
    DO NOT QUIT

ETA: Plus if you just recently signed into MFP give it a few weeks of dedicated food logging before you stress about the weight moving.

Yep. You most likely are eating too close to maintenance. Also your body will pause at times to readjust itself for the new demands you are putting on it. When it is ready it will start releasing fat again and you will drop weight. You have to push through it and not give up.

I've been stalled since late December 2012 at 265! I've begun doing CrossFit and really watching my caloric intake and macros. I'm finally starting to see the scale move again, but more importantly I see a difference in the mirror and my clothes. The scale lies.

    Just keep going!

BTW: Plato was a Greek philosopher... plateau is what you meant I think LOL. :blushing:
