I had a bad car accident and hurt my back a year ago and I have been trying to lose weight by just cutting my calories I was doing really good and losing weight but things started changing in my life besides for not being able to exerise. I got a new part time job with the state so trying to make up for the loss of money from the one fulltime job i work 3 partime jobs I have been eating like crap eating fast food like pizza and wendys cause it just quick and easy i have gained back 4lbs of the 14 that I lost I know I have to get back on track so I dont gain it all back. I just dont know where to start again.

You know where to start. Be good to yourself . I bet you would be sympathetic to someone else who gained a few pounds. They will come off. Best ALJ0

Don't give up. Give yourself a break and continue on the path of eating healthy. Leave yesterday behind you and focus on tomorrow.0
