Ok so I have been eating healthy and exercisng for 2 weeks and 2 days. I have lost almost 10 lbs, and I am so happy! But in light of recent events that have affected my life (bad breakup), I am actually starting to get a weird complex! My appetite is gone, I am not hungry for anything and I can't even think about eating anything more than like 300 calories at one sitting. I literally have to force myself to eat. Has anyone ever gone through this or have any advice? I'm a former lover of everything fried and greasy and I have always loved food. I just don't get it! I'm getting kinda nervous. Any comments are appreciated. :)

Break ups are tough and that may be whats causing your issue. Its hard and Im sorry you are going through it. Your appetite will come back eventually but until then you may have to force yourself to eat so that you dont get sick. If you just cant get food down try protein and meal drinks to help. You have to have something to keep your body going. Its most likely your nerves right now due to stress so hang in there girl, you can do it! Feel better!!!

    Hello! <3

I agree with Purple- break ups are sooo hard, especially bad ones, and some people find it hard to eat during stressful situations. It can also be hard to eat when you exercise a lot or are watching your calories, etc. (This is what I find for me.) Protein and meal drinks are a good idea, and try and get in as many veggies and fruits as you can to stay healthy. I'm sorry you're feeling crappy, though. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help- I'm here for youuuu. :)

By the way, I know that you exercise pretty intensively every day. What I find helps is protein bars- I get the ones with 0 sugar and 40+ grams of protein. They taste like crap but they're very, very filling and fill you up with protein (because eating meat can be kinda tough when you're feeling blue).

I've had this happen too, in the past. When I'm sort of sad I eat, but when I'm really sad I have no appetite and no desire to cook or be in the kitchen at all. Sending you lots of positive energy while you go through this tough time!

First of all, I'm sorry you're going through a break up. Those suck so bad! Anyway, your grief is not allowing you to eat right now, and that's ok. It's all part of the process to make yourself feel better. You will feel back to normal in no time. I am the opposite....the more upset I am, the more I eat!!
