Do you hold in your stomach when measuring? I'm not sure if I should or shouldn't. It makes a difference of at least a few inches.

    I try not to. If you're doing it consistently, it's not a big deal, since your loss will show up either way. It will skew your waist/hip ratio though, if you ever calculate that.

    You should be totally relaxed when you do measurement. (Unless you are trying to bulk up arms then you can flex). But overall the fat will melt off, and the measurements will be smaller. If you suck in, you may not be consistent with your "sucking" does that make sense haha. It's better to just relax.

    Why would you do that? That would be like weighing yourself with one foot on the scale and one on the floor.
