I forgot to post my last 2 runs, now I am at 22.6 so far. Gotta pick it up if I am going to get to 50 this month!

I'm in! I was thrilled to get my total report in May and had 60.3 so I want to keep it up. I even have two weeks of vaca in June so the goal is to keep the work despite the trip! I will update weekly on Mondays when my app sends me my totals.

Saturday June 15th
Walked 0.87 miles at a festival with my parents and husband (actually walked longer as was at festival for almost 5 hours but stood and sat for some of the time and kept forgetting to start my timer when walking again and my GARMIN battery was dying so I kept turning it off so I know I did more miles and minutes and burned more calories but I saw it as part of my day or a bonus (this was our Father's Day time, a day early, as tomorrow's weather is going to be rainy)
Walked 1.88 miles around my parents' neighbourhood with my husband after going out for dinner with my husband and parents (to treat my dad for Father's Day).
Walked 2.62 miles around a highschool track before going home for the night.
Jogged/ran 1 lap which was a HUGE accomplishment for me as I haven't jogged/run around a track since sometime between 1990 and 1995 when I was in highschool and I am guessing I was required to for gym class so I am VERY proud of myself (my arms and legs and mind were able to push through the whole lap but my difficulty breathing made me want to quit after going around half of the track but I pushed myself and completed the full lap)
Also attempted the running long jump approximately 5 times and was able to jump about 6 feet to 6 and a half feet (based on my size of my husband's feet) (haven't done the running long jump since highschool gym either).

I'll try I don't have a car so I walk a lot. I am also training for a 10K so do speed intervals, hills, easy and long runs every week. I also do step aerobics 3-5 times a week depending on my work schedule, and kick boxing or cardio core on non step days as well as kettle bells or group power 3 times a week
June 1- off (pre race day) June 2- 5k race (3.1 miles), 5k walking (to and from race-3.1 miles), June 3- no significant running or walking, June 4- 2 miles walking, 3.73 running, June 5- 2 mile walking, June 6- 2 mile running, June 7- 3.1 mile walking, 5 mile running, June 8 no significant running or walking, June 9- 5 mile running, 3 mile walking.
