    I bought her latest cookbook and it's the size of a phone book! I have made several but have a few hundred more to go!!

    I love her recipes! I get her daily emails and log the recipes in my online cookbook so I can use them later. I do have to subsitute some of her ingredients though. I don't like artificial sweetners, so I just sub out for regular sugar for example, or use my whole omega 3 eggs instead of egg beaters. But in general I love her, and having a lot of great soup and salad ideas are awesome!

    She tends to re-make more high-calorie versions of recipes, so sometimes they include a little bit of candy or something.

    nope. Too much frankenfood, fake sweeteners, extra salt ect.

    Me too! I have one of her cookbooks, but I'd rather eat real foods and cut out most of the processed crap.
