When I first started here they put me on 1200 calories and I lost a few pounds but then I didn't lose anything for over a month.
I upped my calories to 1380 and still wasn't losing.
I then upped my calories to 1500 and started losing again.
If you don't lose anything at 1200 try upping your calories.
You have to find what works for you.0 -
I weigh 140 and it started me off with 1200 calories a day. You might want to go up to 1600-1800, then as you start losing weight start lowering it down. I hope this helps you out
