    Hello everyone I thought id share my progress so far. I have changed the way i eat and try to exercise daily. When I first started mfp i weighed in at 214lbs, the heaviest i have ever been is 218lbs after my first child, and i currently weigh some where around 155-153lbs and my gw is to get to 130lbs. I am 5'4 and a mother of 3 children ages 4, 1.5 and 7.5 months old which is one of the reasons i put on so much weight to begin with and of course my poor eating habits. Well here is my progress so far. and hope to update soon when i hit my gw :)

    Wow!!! I am 5'4 an 155 I dont look like that! is amazing when people are the same height and have different body shaped and sizes. But you look sooo amazing!!!!! Very motivating and inspiration to me!!!
