I have the same affliction, and my doctors feel bad about telling me to eat more salt. Even worse, I don't like the taste of salt. Plus, everyone else in the family has high blood pressure so we don't cook with salt and I have to force myself to salt my food after it's on my plate.
A great bet is dry cheese. Feta, romano, parmesan, etc. They're lower in calorie and very high in sodium. Mozzarella sticks are good, too.0 -
