there are many foods I will never eat but the big "food of the moment" that I refuse is chia. No freaking way am I going to eat slimy little seed balls and call it pudding. I can think of a thousand other ways to get my nutrients.

    They make better pets.

Trying to learn to like fish. Blech. I'm okay with the billfish and less fishy, firmer fleshed fish, but I'd like to learn to appreciate a piece of salmon or bass without supressing a vurp.

As a chef I never used veal or other such things, if for not moral at least practical reasons. Never seemed to have any real flavor profile to speak of. Something has to be really unique to justify legend status, and veal just doesn't do it. Much rather have the same dish with pork tenderloin.

The essence of my problem is that there are damn few foods I don't flat out LOVE.

Of course, "fake food", such as broccoli crust pizza, smashed bananas substituting for ice cream, etc., doesn't count as food. Period.
