Fear that I can't seem to shake off

Hi guys hope all are well.
When I think of exercise, weights before all that's running around in my head is I won't be able to do it for long and kinda start to panic. I am capable of it I.e panicking on Sunday before going on a bike ride with oh that I won't be able to do it, yet I did for 2 and half hours but it actually stops me from enjoying it.
And then other times when I've had enough after 20 mins I believe I've convinced myself I can do it.
I want the addition to set in, I've join the gym and you get a free pt sessions and part of me what's to turn it Down because I'm scared I won't be able to do it.
Sorry for the rant just wish I could re train my brain to give it 110% and get that addiction back.

I think the first thing that you need to figure out is if you want to do it? If so, then instead of telling yourself you can't, tell yourself you WANT to. The first step to change is believing in yourself.
I understand about being scared. I broke my foot 3 times.....in 2 years, it was not good. I have horrible balance now because of it, I am scared to ride a bike, so I ride the one at the gym since it can't fall and hurt me. I am scared to do karate with my son, so I joined kickboxing with him instead.
Try things that ease you into it and I promise it will get better0 -

You need to change the story in your head. You need to repeat a positive affirmation daily, hourly as often as you can. Repeat it till you believe it.only you can change your thoughts but the wonderful thing is you CAN change your thoughts!
