      I have family in Michigan, near Detroit. My grandmother was from Henderson, and I visit my cousins every so often. I'm in Ohio :grumble:

      Oh, and I do Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. I'm not quite sure of all the different types.

      I'm in the Farmington Hills/Walled Lake area. I just switched to MFP from another app, and I started running around the Novi/Walled Lake/Farmington Hills area.

      I'm just starting running so I've only done a handful of runs so far. Trying not to hurt myself. I've been walking to work and jogging. I wouldn't call it running yet. Hah. Michigan is nice in the Summer! I'm originally from Kansas so I enjoy the cooler temps.

      Ha ha, I've lived in Michigan all my life and never heard the lower Peninsula referred to as the "lower portion", guess its an "up north" slang, lol.

      Hello from Missouri! I spent many summers in Michigan. My dad is from Allen Park. I have been dabbing in yoga but all the flexing and stretching hurts sometimes. I like walking, I wish spring would come so I could hike the trails. I have a 120 pound to go.
