**Carb intake - Query about actual limit?**

Options
Hello all, how come it's so hard to keep the level of carb intake down?

My rest day calorie intake and macros are as follows.

Calorie Intake - 1791
Protein - 179
Carbs - 90 <---- (low?)
Fat - 40

I'm on intermittent fasting and eat as shown below on a given day for meal 1

I get the fact that a lot of carbs would be coming from the chocos - but hey I want to have fun in my breakfast...

Any other substitutes that worked for you guys/gals? - Food which do not have a whole lot of carbs?

Asking because I don't know if I can continue to stomach a lot of quantity of food and still get 1000 calories meals...

Thanks all!!

bread and breakfast cereal are carbohydrate concepts.

Bacon and egg is a traditional breakfast, and carb free.

Fat isn't bad for you, especially if you're also eating low carb ^_^

Go to a better shop then, or pick a different meat.

If you didn't eat so much fruit, bred, fries, pizza and cereal you would hit your carb target easily.

I don't really know what you question is ?

I make huge salads with lots of vegetables, meats, fat.

Green leafy vegetables, packed full of nutrients, low in carbs..........cook in fat.

hey sorry for the late reply all.

So i basically started working - it involves running all over the country.

I eat with foreign students that I take care of (i'm working as a social leader)

What food do I look for if there is a buffet choice? i'm generally going for chicken mostly...

I'm trying to down protein to keep me full - but i don't think that's really healthy - only protein right?

@PaleoPath4Lyf - I'm taking a multivitamin - always on the move and need to gulf down a meal in like 10 minutes so no huge vegs^^

@yarwell - we only get one type of bacon - not so much variety in Malta..........question was if i need to increase my carbs and fat which is yes I need to increase them.

@lunahbby - ja actually nothing is really bad :b

    good summer folks!
